Allergen/Gluten Swabbing
Imutest Environmental & Surface Swab (ESS) kits are a simple, quick & robust way of collecting and storing swabs for immediate testing or ELISA analysis. They can help you to verify that all traces of food allergens and/or gluten have been removed from equipment and production areas as part of your HACCP programme. ESS Swabs can be tested immediately within 10 minutes using our Gluten FlowThrough tests, or analysed later using Imutest Allergen- and/or Gluten-Check or other ELISA methods.
Allergen Detection
The Imutest range of laboratory ELISAs for allergen detection give you a comprehensive and expanding range to meet the allergen testing needs of your business. We currently offer 14 different allergen kits. Low Limits Of Detection give you reassurance that raw materials, processed/finished foods or surface swabs are allergen free, and help you monitor compliance with global "best practice" allergen control guidelines.
Gluten Testing
Imutest's comprehensive range of laboratory and "on-site" Gluten testing products give you the confidence to make a "Gluten Free" or "Very Low Gluten" claim. Gluten-Check ELISA kits offer quantitative results with Limits Of Detection of cereal gluten below 1 part per million, in raw materials, processed foods, finished products and surface swabs. Gluten FlowThrough Tests offer flexibility of testing for small laboratories or on the production line.
Vicam Mycotoxins
Vicam's range of mycotoxin analysis products offers you the widest range of quantitative and qualitative methods available. Immuno-affinity columns are convenient for use with simple fluorometers, HPLC or state of the art LC-MS-MS instrumentation. Rapid strip tests for total aflatoxins and DON give results in less than 10 minutes. All the tests detect the presence of mycotoxins at levels relevant to international regulation and offer versatility of use with a wide variety of sample matrices.
