Ordering Information
Customers based in the UK:
We are pleased to offer UK customers the choice of either completing your purchase and payment online, or placing your order online for subsequent offline payment.
Customers outside the UK:
We have a growing number of Imutest distributors in various countries (particularly within mainland Europe). Please complete and submit your order request using the online facility (option at check-out stage) and we will let you know how you can obtain Imutest test kits.
Payment Options:
- Payment of online orders can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal.
- Payment of submitted orders can either be made by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal, or by direct bank transfer of funds (unless other payment arrangments have been agreed with the company).
Prices, VAT, and Shipping Charges:
Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling inclusive of UK VAT at 20% but exclusive of shipping charges.
Please note that there may be discounts for multiple product, higher value or standing orders - please enquire!
If you are based in another EU country, then we will deduct the UK VAT charge provided you supply us with your local VAT Registration Number. Otherwise, EU VAT regulations dictate that we must charge you the UK VAT charge.
If you are based in a non-EU country, then we will not charge you VAT.
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated for UK-based online customers depending on how many test kits are ordered and your preference of delivery options (see below).
Shipping charges for all other orders will be notified in response to your order submitted using the online facility (option at check-out stage).
Delivery Options for UK Customers:
- for orders up to a value of £75.00, we use a selected delivery service with a choice of Standard or Express Delivery.
- for orders over a value of £75.00, we use a courier service with a choice of Standard or Express service ... both excluding Sat & Sun.
- if orders are required next day delivery, there is an additional premium service charge. Please contact DIL directly by phone, BEFORE 2.30pm, if this service is required, to place your order.
