Exit Junction 26 of the A55 (signposted St. Asaph Business Park) ... see map.

After a short distance you will see the OpTIC Centre in front of you; at the roundabout in front of the OpTIC Centre, take the third exit.

Llys Edmund Prys road is about a quarter of a mile on your right hand side; turn right into Llys Edmund Prys.

At the top of Llys Edmund Prys you will come to a mini roundabout, from which the first exit leads directly into the Spectrum House car park. Park on the left hand side.
