Payment Options:

Payment can be made by Credit Card or Debit Card, and we can now accept online payments from cards of non-UK residents.

Prices:

Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling inclusive of UK VAT at 20% but exclusive of a delivery charge which is automatically calculated depending on how many test kits are ordered and your preference of delivery options. Discounts are available for bulk purchases of Imutest allergy kits (see details below).

UK Delivery:

• unless instructed otherwise, we will ship to UK addresses by First Class post.

• the Special Delivery option guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by 1.00pm the next working day.

International Customers:

You can either buy directly from this website, or we can put you in touch with our local distributor in your country. We have a growing number of Imutest distributors in various countries (particularly within mainland Europe). Please complete your request on our Contact Form and we will let you know how you can obtain Imutest test kits.

International Delivery:

Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship by regular Airmail for international deliveries, with delivery to virtually anywhere in the world within 10-14 days, but with no compensation for non-delivery and no traceability.

Therefore, if you would like a faster and traceable delivery, please select the Special Delivery option at checkout, and we will use either the Royal Mail''s Airsure service which is available to 27 countries with delivery in 2-6 working days depending on the country, or their International Signed For service if you do not live in one of the 27 countries served by Airsure. Both of these services also offer compensation for non-delivery.

Discounts for Bulk Purchase of Imutest Allergy Kits: 

We are aware that several customers want to buy a small supply of Imutest allergy kits. So, if you are another website that would like to stock our products, or a healthcare professional (retail chemist, private doctor, nutritionist, etc) who would like a small supply of our kits for either re-sale or to use as part of an allergy diagnostic and management service, please enter the discount code IMU2013 at the check-out stage to receive a discount according to the following schedule:

• value of total order (inc VAT) over £100.00 = 30%
• value of total order (inc VAT) over £200.00 = 35%
• value of total order (inc VAT) over £1,000.00 = 40%
• value of total order (inc VAT) over £3,000.00 = POA (please submit a Contact Form with your request)

Please note that the above discounts are only available on Imutest allergy kits and do not apply to the Gluten-in-Food kits.
