D.I.L.'s GLUTEN Flow-Through (GFT) Test, is a fast and sensitive test for the presence of cereal gluten in food raw materials, finished products, surface/ environmental swabs etc. The test is designed for use in food factories with limited testing facilities or small laboratories with lower testing needs. Several samples can be tested within 20 minutes and gluten levels of 10-20 parts per million (ppm) detected.
